Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking an E2E QE Lead who will own quality governance for the Equitable migration. This role defines SME‑ready criteria, AI‑PR acceptance criteria, and Go/No‑Go quality checklists, while guiding a centralized QE cell that executes tests.

The position emphasizes governance over hands‑on testing, with metrics tracking false‑positives, PR merges, and CI failures to keep the program on track. Strong cross‑team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in quality engineering/assurance, including 3+ years leading quality strategy for complex, multi‑team programs.
• Proven ownership of end‑to‑end quality governance with measurable metrics.
• Experience with test management and defect tooling (qTest, Jira) and structured UAT governance.

Responsibilities

• Define SME‑ready workbook criteria and audit workbooks.
• Own AI‑PR acceptance criteria and quality gates for AI artifacts.
• Own Go/No‑Go quality checklists for migration phases and phase gates.
• Lead weekly RemOps triage to review failures and risks.
• Define and report core quality metrics to leadership and governance.
• Set and oversee the application‑level and end‑to‑end test bar; ensure SME UAT sign‑off.
• Coordinate quality expectations across engine, DB & App, batch, and SME tracks.
