Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. in the United States seeks an E2E QE Leader to own end-to-end quality governance for the Equitable migration. This leader defines SME-ready workbook criteria and AI-PR acceptance criteria, and drives the Go/No-Go quality checklists at each migration phase.

The role leads weekly RemOps triage, defines core quality metrics, and ensures SME UAT sign-off is respected, partnering with AI engineers and stakeholders to maintain program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in quality engineering/assurance and governance.
• Experience with AI/ML-generated artifacts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define SME-ready workbook criteria and audit them each cycle.
• Own AI-PR acceptance criteria and quality gates.
• Lead weekly RemOps triage and report quality metrics.
• Coordinate cross-track quality expectations and GO/NO-GO gates.
