Job summary

Syner-G BioPharma Group is seeking a Vice President, Quality to lead the global GxP Quality practice from Boston. You will define strategy, expand service offerings, drive client engagements, and ensure delivery excellence across GMP, GCP, and GLP programs, with a focus on growth and profitability.

The role requires 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech quality, proven P&L leadership, and the ability to build high‑performing teams, mentor senior leaders, and collaborate across functions to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, life sciences, or related discipline required.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences Quality organizations.
• Significant leadership experience managing and developing GxP Quality functions.
• Experience supporting products across multiple stages of development, from early clinical development through commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quality practice P&L, including revenue, gross margin, utilization, forecasting, backlog management, and hiring.
• Establish annual and long-term growth objectives and strategic priorities for the Quality business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior Quality leaders and team members.
• Provide strategic leadership across GMP, GCP, GLP, and Quality Management Systems.
