Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a senior Quality leader to own the Quality practice P&L and set annual growth objectives in the US biotech/pharma space. You will partner with finance and BD to forecast investments and shape differentiated offerings for clinical-stage and commercial programs.

Responsibilities include leading GMP, GCP, and GLP, managing SOPs, deviations, CAPA, change control, and quality data initiatives, while enabling regulatory readiness and data integrity across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quality practice P&L, including revenue, gross margin, utilization, and hiring.
• Establish annual growth objectives and strategic priorities for the Quality business.
• Partner with Finance, Business Development, and other stakeholders on forecasting and investment decisions.
• Develop differentiated service offerings for emerging, clinical-stage, and commercial biotech and pharma companies.
• Create scalable engagement models from targeted consulting to fully outsourced Quality functions.
• Establish repeatable methodologies and delivery frameworks to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Provide strategic leadership across GMP, GCP, GLP, and Quality Management Systems.
• Oversee SOP management, deviations, CAPA, change control, and Quality Risk Management.
• Support regulatory inspections, inspection readiness, and data integrity initiatives.
