Job summary

Syner-G BioPharma Group in the United States seeks a Vice President, Quality to lead the Quality organization across GMP, GCP and GLP, building a scalable, client-focused practice with strong P&L performance.

You will partner with executives and clinical teams to align quality strategies with development goals, oversee audits, training, and continuous improvement, and shape offerings for biotech and pharmaceutical clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences Quality functions.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling Quality teams and QMS.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality organization, including senior leaders and function heads.
• Develop long-term quality strategies across GMP, GCP, and GLP.
• Oversee SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and change control.
• Engage with clients at executive levels to shape quality solutions.
• Drive growth through scalable service offerings and market expansion.
