Job summary

Syner G is a premier biopharma partner that delivers strategic quality leadership across GMP, GCP, GLP and quality systems. The role focuses on building long-term growth and a high-performing Quality practice with P&L accountability.

You will advise client executive teams, guide proposals with Business Development, and mentor senior Quality leaders to scale global GxP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or life sciences discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biotech Quality functions.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH and global GxP regulations.

• Own the Quality practice P&L, including revenue, margin, utilization and hiring.
• Build and execute the practice's long-term growth and service strategy.
• Provide strategic GxP leadership across GMP, GCP, GLP and quality systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or life sciences discipline
• 15+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech Quality organizations
• Significant leadership experience managing GxP Quality functions
• Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH and global GxP regulations
• Proven success building or scaling Quality organizations
• Strong financial acumen and client-facing communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD)
• Consulting or professional services experience
• Experience with financial management and P&L responsibility
