Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a scalable quality program across SRU, Field Services, and Home Office. You will drive governance, calibration, and risk-based sampling in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes cross-site leadership, coaching, and collaboration with senior management to enhance training, technology, and processes, with a focus on identifying trends and driving remediation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant financial services experience in operations, brokerage servicing, quality/risk/controls.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience across multiple sites (virtual and in-person).
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SEC/FINRA and firm policies; risk-aware decision maker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise-scalable Quality strategy across SRU, Field Services, Home Office, and expanding lines of business.
• Oversee daily quality oversight activities and trend analytics; translate insights into action plans.
• Lead calibration, coaching loops, and continuous improvement; ensure consistent standards.
• Drive AI-enabled process efficiency initiatives (sampling, defect detection, automation).
• Communicate quality trends, risks, and remediation actions to leadership and stakeholders.
