BGBx is seeking a Senior leader to drive operational excellence as VP, Project Management Operations. You will oversee PM professionals, partner with cross-functional leaders, and manage budgets and timelines to deliver multi-channel pharma campaigns.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across the agency. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in pharmaceutical advertising, strong people leadership, and expertise in Workfront/Smartsheet/Asana.

Competenze

• 12+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare communications.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong budget, scope, and timeline management across accounts and portfolios.
• Deep understanding of agency workflows and end-to-end production processes.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic oversight of PM across key client portfolios.
• Lead a team of PMs and project directors with mentorship and performance management.
• Partner with senior agency leadership to align PM strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee budgets, scopes, and timelines; ensure profitability and client compliance.
• Develop and refine operational processes, tools, and systems for cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as escalation point for delivery issues and mitigate risks.
• Guide SOW development and coordinate with Finance and Business Management on financials.
• Lead resourcing discussions and capacity planning with Resource Management.
• Maintain high visibility across departments and contribute to strategic initiatives.
