Giga Energy Inc. seeks a VP, Project Development to own end-to-end site delivery from selection to shovel-ready. You will embed with a development team and work with jurisdictions to fast-track permits and approvals.

You will thrive under schedule pressure, build strong agency relationships, and coordinate with utilities and engineers to keep projects moving. Location flexibility offered for exceptional talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related fields accepted.
• 10+ years delivering complex multi-agency development or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing entitlements, permitting, and utility coordination.
• Strong technical literacy; able to converse with engineers.
• Exceptional relationship-building with agencies, utilities, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site development from site selection to shovel-ready delivery.
• Build and maintain agency relationships; compress permit timelines.
• Coordinate with utilities, civil, electrical, and structural engineers to finalize permits.
• Manage development schedules and critical path dependencies; identify risks early.
• Represent Giga Energy at hearings and community engagements.
