Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field and 10+ years of utility development experience.
• Experience leading utility strategy and execution for large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility development strategy for assigned projects and regions, including power availability and interconnection approach.
• Manage utility-facing workstreams from origination through execution, including diligence and negotiations.
• Drive electrical infrastructure planning with utilities, consultants, and internal teams.
• Negotiate and support utility-related contracts and interconnection agreements.
• Mentor junior team members and scale utility development processes across the platform.
