Job summary

Razorfish in Seattle seeks a senior programmatic leader to own and evolve the programmatic strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, translating enterprise objectives into sophisticated bidding, investment frameworks, and measurement plans. You will provide executive oversight for planning, execution, management, and optimization of complex programmatic programs.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with strategy, analytics, and technology leaders to drive client growth

Qualifications

• 12+ years of programmatic media experience.
• Experience with DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP.
• Proven ability to lead large client portfolios and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve programmatic strategy across client portfolios.
• Provide executive oversight for planning, execution, and optimization of complex programs.
• Establish standards for campaign readiness and operational excellence.
• Serve as senior programmatic partner shaping direction and communicating performance drivers.
• Lead executive-level performance narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Coach and develop programmatic teams to ensure high performance.
