Job summary
Razorfish, a leading agency in digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Programmatic Leader to drive strategy across a portfolio of client accounts. You will provide executive oversight for planning, execution, and optimization of complex programmatic programs, shaping outcomes and opportunities with senior clients and internal leadership.
The role requires 12+ years in programmatic media, deep experience with major DSPs, and a track record of leading high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of programmatic media experience including hands-on and leadership roles.
- Experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP and related measurement tools.
- Strong executive presence with ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at senior levels.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve programmatic strategy across client accounts.
- Provide executive oversight for planning, execution, and optimization of complex programs.
- Set campaign readiness standards and ensure delivery against timelines and assets.
- Act as the senior-most programmatic partner for clients with strategic direction.
- Lead performance narratives and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Coach and develop programmatic teams to maintain high performance.
