VP, Program Manager, Infrastructure & Data Architecture - Horizon Media
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our infrastructure and data architecture initiatives within Horizon Media. This role will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of our data ecosystem, leveraging core products such as Snowflake, AWS, DAT, and Fivetran to drive operational excellence and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end program management for complex infrastructure and data architecture projects from initiation through deployment and evaluation
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for data architecture evolution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Horizon's Enterprise Product group, Enterprise Engineering, and data governance teams to ensure integrated solution design and implementation
• Manage resource allocation, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks including documentation, reporting, and change management processes
• Drive the implementation and optimization of our core tech stack (Snowflake, AWS, DAT, and Fivetran)
• Monitor program health using KPIs and metrics to ensure successful delivery
• Communicate program status and critical issues to executive leadership
Qualifications
• 7+ years of program management experience with demonstrable success leading large-scale infrastructure and data architecture deployments
• Strong technical understanding of data warehousing, cloud infrastructure, ETL processes, and data integration
• Proven experience with Snowflake, AWS ecosystem, DAT, and Fivetran or similar technologies
• Track record of successful delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and governance teams to deliver cohesive technology solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience in media, advertising, or related industries preferred
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance requirements
• PMP or similar project management certification beneficial

Salary Range
$230,000.00 - $280,000.00A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
