Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Vice President, Program Director to join our U.S. Project Management team. You will oversee a portfolio of integrated client programs, partnering with Account, Strategy, Creative, Production and Specialty teams to drive strategy, staffing, timelines and budgets.

You will lead forecasting, risk management, and change control while mentoring project management talent to deliver high-impact campaigns with integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management in integrated marketing, communications, public relations, or related professional services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-disciplinary programs with accountable delivery and strong financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of integrated client programs, providing strategic oversight across multiple workstreams, disciplines, and teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Specialty teams to shape project approaches, scopes of work, staffing plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee program financials, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure on-time, within-scope, profitable delivery.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project management talent to support growth and continuous improvement.
