Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Project & Program Management for the Boston area. You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team on major water infrastructure megaprojects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, advanced SME knowledge in tunneling and water supply practices, and a proven track record of managing complex civil works projects, including megaprojects over $1B.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license in Massachusetts preferred or readily obtainable.
• 20 years of professional experience with 10 years in leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mega water tunnel projects delivered via design-bid-build procurement.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams to prepare final design documents for water infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plans including controls, design, risk, safety and QA/QC.
• Oversee program delivery, monitor progress and manage budget and schedule.
• Build client relationships with public and private sector agencies and stakeholders.
• Mentor staff and develop leadership capabilities within the team.
