Citadel Credit Union in Exton, PA is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to define and execute the product strategy for the organization's consumer and business banking portfolio. This role leads the Product Management team, owning lifecycle, pricing, and performance, and stands up the future-state product operating model and talent plan to drive growth and member value.
The VP will partner with Marketing, Digital, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Member Experience to deliver
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, banking, fintech, or related field.
- Proven success leading product strategy and portfolio management.
- Experience with consumer and business banking products.
