• Serve as subject matter expert on Fusion platform capabilities (data/analytics/AI).
• Provide technical guidance for prioritized use cases, webinars, and events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend Fusion solutions.
• Support development, documentation, and communication of common solution patterns.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers and platform teams for integrated delivery.
• Promote platform awareness, usage, and adoption through enablement and client engagement.
• Track adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to inform improvement.
• Advocate for best practices in data, analytics, and AI delivery and platform adoption.
• Support cross-product platform initiatives and feedback for enhancements.
• Foster collaboration across Fusion product, engineering, and client teams.
