Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 18+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 12+ years in information security, cybersecurity, product security, or related disciplines with enterprise-scale programs.
• 7+ years of leadership in large security organizations or managers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise product security strategy, governance framework, and operating model.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk Management, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal to build secure-by-design capabilities across Stellarus' portfolio.
• Oversee product security engineering, application security, cloud security, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, security architecture, and governance programs.
• Translate business strategy into actionable security roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Communicate with executives, boards, customers, regulators, and external auditors to drive security program maturity.
