Job summary

Stellarus is seeking an accomplished Vice President, Product Security to set strategy, governance, and an operating model to safeguard our commercial products, customer data, and digital ecosystems while enabling innovation.

The leader will partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal to build secure-by-design capabilities and oversee security engineering, application security, cloud security, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, security architecture, and governance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or 18+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
12+ years of relevant information security and product/security leadership experience.
7+ years of leadership experience in large security organizations.
At least one industry standard certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
Proven executive leadership in scaling enterprise Product Security programs in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise Product Security programs and governance initiatives across Stellarus portfolio.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk Management, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal to build secure-by-design capabilities.
Oversee security engineering, application security, cloud security, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and security architecture.
Translate business strategy into actionable security roadmaps, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
