Qualifications

• Progressive experience in product operations, strategy and operations, program management, or related field.
• Design and implement scalable operating models with measurable impact.
• Strong project management, planning, risk, and executive communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Data analysis and reporting using OKR/KPI frameworks and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end operational processes across the product lifecycle.
• Embed standardized frameworks, playbooks, cadences for faster, higher-quality delivery.
• Lead data-driven process improvements to remove bottlenecks.
• Establish governance, intake, and prioritization frameworks.
• Champion automation and tooling to boost throughput and visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional product migration efforts and risk management.
• Maintain migration plans, risk registers, stakeholder communications.
• Prepare executive reporting and governance forums.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, regional teams, and Customer Success.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team.
