• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to gather, analyze, prioritize, and document needs.
• Help define platform capabilities balancing global standardization with localized market requirements.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as Product Owner for an agile pod, prioritizing the product backlog to maximize value.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to ensure scalable, extensible solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities to improve efficiency and customer experiences.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover market requirements and roadmap opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements across markets.
