Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President Product Manager for Payments-Digital Banking Money Movement to own end-to-end product life cycle, from discovery through launch and iteration. You will represent the voice of the customer, translate needs into actionable product briefs, and drive scalable, secure money movement features.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, risk, and operations to ensure compliant, high-performing solutions across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience launching or contributing to payments products and capabilities (ACH, Wires, Zelle, SEPA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of corporate payments flows and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns the product backlog to support strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds and tracks key success metrics (cost, features, reliability).
• Acts as product owner in agile ceremonies with engineering and design.
• Translates client needs into clear scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Drives cross-functional execution across tech, operations, risk, and compliance.
• Leads end-to-end initiatives across payments capabilities (initiation, approvals, onboarding, reconciliation).
• Monitors adoption, conversion, and latency to iterate the product.
• Ensures designs meet regulatory, risk, and data governance expectations.
