Role Overview

As the Vice President of Product Management for our Higher Ed business, you will lead our product strategy, manage a team of product managers, and foster a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and collaboration. Your expertise in the Product Operating Model will be crucial in driving product development and increasing value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Vision: Define product vision aligned with business goals; understand customer needs and identify innovation opportunities.
2. Product Prioritization: Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business value; focus on outcome-driven roadmaps.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to align around customer outcomes.
4. Product Development Excellence: Establish discovery and delivery processes; iterate based on feedback and data.
5. Data-Driven Leadership: Define success metrics; evaluate performance and advocate for necessary investments.
6. Product Management Leadership: Develop and lead a team of skilled product managers; promote a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

Compensation

Range: $192,500 - $250,000 USD. Actual salary varies based on experience, location, and other factors. Incentives may be included.
