Drive digital marketing, data integration, and personalized client experiences across channels. Lead discovery, backlog, and KPI tracking, collaborating with marketing, data, engineering, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, CS or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering AdTech/CDP products and managing MarTech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions.
• Owns backlog to support strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds framework and tracks key success metrics (cost, feature, risk, reliability).
• Collaborates with marketing, data, engineering, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Educates partners on CDP utilization and engagement platform strategies.
• Articulates audience creation through CDP for first and third party data.
