Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks a Vice President, Product Specialist in the Client Solutions Group, focused on fundraising, sales enablement, and investor engagement for evergreen private equity strategies. You will turn complex investment details into clear narratives for wealth channels, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive material improvements with AI automation.

You will support fundraising through RFPs/DDQs, create engaging marketing materials, and manage investor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Series 7 and 63 required or to be obtained within 90 days of commencement.
• 7+ years of experience required; private equity fundraising or investor relations background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire fund lifecycle, including fundraising, distribution, and investor relations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and serve as internal SME on evergreen strategies.
• Translate complex investment information into clear, engaging narratives for wealth advisors and internal sales teams.
• Create and maintain high-impact marketing and diligence materials (pitch decks, investor updates, newsletters, fact sheets, data rooms).
• Prepare and manage client requests (RFPs, DDQs) with technical accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain investor pipelines and dashboards to track fundraising progress and goals; support meetings and events.
• Monitor product performance, market trends, and industry developments to inform positioning and communications.
• Utilize AI and automation to reduce manual work and template-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Investment Teams, Marketing, Legal, Compliance to align fundraising strategy.
