Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks an Associate as a Product Specialist for Global Private Equity within the Client Solutions Group. The role supports Senior PE Product Specialists in fundraising, investor relations, and handling investor requests for Carlyle's growing US Buyout business.

The successful candidate will prioritize multiple tasks, demonstrate attention to detail, and work under pressure in a deadline‑oriented environment. Base salary discussed below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7 and 63 required or to be obtained within 90 days of commencement.

Responsibilities

• Support entire fund lifecycle, including fundraising and ongoing investor relations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and expertise.
• Create and maintain marketing and diligence materials, including presentations, investor updates, data room contents, and thought-leadership content.
• Prepare and manage existing and prospective client requests, including RFPs, DDQs, and other due diligence requests.
• Maintain strategic internal documents, including investor pipelines and dashboards to track fundraising progress and goals.
