Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking a Vice President, Product Specialist to advance fundraising, sales enablement, and investor engagement for evergreen private equity strategies in the wealth channel. This entrepreneurial, client‑facing role turns complex investment data into clear, compelling narratives and polished materials for sales teams and investors.

You will drive efficiencies, manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, and interact with investors and distribution partners at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series7 and 63 required or to be obtained within 90 days of commencement.
• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising or related private equity roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire fund lifecycle, including fundraising, distribution, and ongoing investor relations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and serve as the internal SME on evergreen strategies for Carlyle’s global sales force.
• Translate complex investment information into clear narratives for wealth advisors and internal teams.
• Create high‑impact marketing materials: pitch decks, case studies, investor updates, newsletters and emails.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, DDQs and other due diligence requests with technical accuracy.
• Maintain investor pipelines, dashboards to track fundraising progress and talking points.
• Support client meetings, global roadshows, webinars and investor conferences.
• Monitor product performance, market trends, and competitive offerings to inform positioning.
• Prepare bespoke, data‑driven fundraising and investor analyses.
• Reduce manual work via templates, content libraries and AI automation.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to align fundraising strategy.
