Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product design experience with executive leadership experience
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows
• Ability to set and execute a design vision across UX, visual design, design systems, research, and operations
• Executive presence with ability to influence at the C-suite level and align stakeholders
• Strong data-informed decision making and measurement frameworks
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered features in enterprise environments
• Experience scaling design organizations in high-growth settings
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the overarching product design vision and strategy for the Falcon platform.
• Partner with CPO, VP of Engineering, and GTM leadership to influence roadmap and platform direction.
• Lead AI transformation strategy for design and governance across teams and products.
• Establish research, analytics, and design intelligence frameworks connecting design to outcomes.
• Build and scale a high-performing design organization through hiring and development programs.
• Own design tooling ecosystem, budgets, and scalable processes.
• Represent the organization at industry events and with customers to champion design thought leadership
