Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the flagship Charlotte AI Platform. You will partner with Engineering, Design, and PM leaders to build platform capabilities powering CrowdStrike's AI-driven security solutions.

This hybrid role affects all Falcon modules across multiple cities, with a focus on delivering a developer-first GenAI platform. The role requires 7+ years in product management, strong AI knowledge, and experience with developer tools and APIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Product Manager.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape including LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Experience with developer tools, platforms, and APIs; developer-as-a-customer mindset.
• Proven ability to use AI to improve decision-making, workflows, and outcomes.
• Background in cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to execute to plan and deliver.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work with both local and remote teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer and CrowdStrike locations.

Responsibilities

• Define the Platform Vision: drive strategy, roadmap, and requirements for the GenAI platform.
• Create Exceptional Developer Experiences: define the GenAI Developer Experience for engineers and data scientists.
• Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: collaborate with engineering, data science, and business units to translate use cases into features.
• Be the Voice of the User: provide business perspective on value during development cycles.
• Champion Adoption: drive GenAI services usage across the organization.
• Be a Visible Expert: share best practices and evangelize GenAI within the Falcon ecosystem.
