Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Vice President of Product Design to define and lead the design vision for the Falcon platform. You will partner with C-suite leaders to shape strategy, scale a multidisciplinary team, and champion AI-enabled design across enterprise software.

Qualifications

15+ years of product design experience.
8+ years of executive or senior design leadership.
Deep expertise across UX, visual design, design systems, research, and design operations.
Executive communication and cross-functional influence at the C-suite level.

Responsibilities

Articulate overarching product design vision and strategy for CrowdStrike's Falcon platform and serve as executive voice of design.
Influence roadmap, product strategy, and platform direction with senior leadership while building a culture of craft and accountability.
Lead AI transformation strategy for design, overseeing governance of AI tools and design systems across products.
Establish research and analytics frameworks that tie design decisions to business outcomes and dashboards for leadership.
Build and scale a high-performing design organization with managers, designers, researchers, and operations.
Drive design tooling, budgeting, and processes to maximize speed and maintain quality.
