CrowdStrike in Austin, TX is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Charlotte AI Platform, partnering with Engineering, Design, and PM leaders to build platform capabilities powering CrowdStrike's AI-driven solutions. The Platform touches every Falcon module and serves thousands of CrowdStrike developers implementing advanced capabilities for customers.

This role is hybrid, on-site in Austin, with travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Deep understanding of AI landscape (LLMs, agentic workflows, open-weight models, evaluations).
• Experience with developer tools, platforms, and APIs; developer-as-a-customer mindset.
• Proven track record of using AI to improve decisions, workflows, and business outcomes.
• Background in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Define the Platform Vision for the GenAI platform (strategy, roadmap, requirements).
• Create the GenAI Developer Experience to empower engineers and data scientists.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, data science, and business units.
• Be the voice of the user with a business perspective on value during development cycles.
• Champion adoption of GenAI services across the organization.
• Serve as a visible expert; share best practices and conduct product demos.
