Job summary

PointClickCare is hiring a GTM leader to drive the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, shaping pricing, packaging, and the product roadmap alongside inbound leaders.

You will own end-to-end go-to-market, define growth targets, lead beta programs with strategic accounts, and build executive relationships while growing the Outbound Product Management function. This role emphasizes accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement across teams.

• Lead competitive analysis and customer research to inform strategy.
• Partner with legal and compliance to support responsible AI deployment.
