Job description

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Product to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will define and execute the product vision for a broad fraud and financial crimes portfolio, with a focus on enterprise-scale impact across banks and other financial institutions.

The role will partner closely with data, AI, architecture, and client-facing teams to shape product priorities, strengthen detection capabilities, and deliver solutions that support both growth and risk management.

As a senior product executive, you will also guide and develop a product management team while ensuring the roadmap is aligned to customer needs and business outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $202,260 – $343,840 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the enterprise fraud and financial crimes portfolio
• Set product strategy across the full fraud and financial crimes stack
• Collaborate with data and AI product leaders to enhance fraud models and intelligence capabilities
• Lead a senior product management team and support career development
• Drive enterprise architecture decisions to support scalability and adaptability for diverse client needs
• Engage with clients to validate product priorities and gather roadmap insights
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated product outcomes and business results

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product leadership within fraud technology or financial crimes sectors
• Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and strategies in fintech or financial institutions
• Deep expertise in transaction monitoring, rules engines, and ML-based detection
• Experience building proprietary fraud models and signals with a focus on performance metrics
• Broad understanding of the fraud and financial crimes stack, including AML and identity verification
• Technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and manage technical teams effectively
• Strong commercial orientation with a focus on enterprise client needs and product impact
