• 10+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement strategy team with strategic, measurable performance goals.
• Direct the Apartments procurement strategy, executing enterprise-wide strategic sourcing, bidding, and contract management.
• Drive cross-divisional/category strategies to optimize pricing, quality, and service while right-sizing the supply base for thousands of units and future pipelines.
• Establish vendor scorecards to evaluate performance; assess vendor utilization and pool growth/shrinkage across all service categories.
• Manage supplier and commodity performance, establishing KPIs, SLAs, and service assessments to ensure conformity to scopes of work.
• Own procurement budgeting and financial management by identifying hard-dollar savings, exploring revenue opportunities, and delivering spend analytics.
• Establish and enforce audit, compliance, and risk frameworks to monitor insurance, licenses, liability protection, and governance in master agreements.
• Direct eProcurement strategy and platform enhancements as executive sponsor for Coupa, leveraging analytics to maximize efficiency.
• Manage catalog utilization to reduce rogue spend, errors, and purchase order cycle times.
• Oversee revenue-share programs and rebate agreements to ensure partner compliance and collections optimization.
• Lead divisional alignment with centralized procurement, standardizing workflows, compliance, and enterprise initiatives.
