Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President in Risk Strategy and Execution to support the Business Banking Risk Chief of Staff and senior leaders. You will prepare executive content and drive collaboration across the organization to meet strategic objectives.

You will manage strategic initiatives, analytics, staffing and budgets for BB Risk, while leading culture activities and exploring AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, risk management or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff, senior leadership, and other departments on key BB Risk projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis to generate insights for decisions.
• Develop executive communications, presentations and messaging for priorities.
• Prepare staffing, budgeting reports and resiliency plans for BB Risk.
• Lead employee engagement, town halls and leadership development activities.
• Experiment with AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and collaboration.
