Qualifications

• ODD experience in private credit and related investments.
• Strong ability to assess operational risks across investment managers.
• Experience engaging with sophisticated investors and externals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform on-site and virtual diligence meetings across core components (infrastructure, staffing, service providers, operations, legal/compliance, finance, IT/cybersecurity).
• Conduct initial and ongoing monitoring diligence with periodic refreshes and event-driven follow-ups.
• Assess operational considerations for private credit secondary investments and related monitoring needs.
• Prepare written materials summarizing findings and remediation steps for internal use.
• Present diligence conclusions at Investment Committee meetings and educate teams.
• Partner with managers to remediate deficiencies and validate progress over time.
• Contribute to shaping the firm’s views on private credit operational risk topics and client communications.
• Work with internal groups and represent the firm externally to clients.
