Job summary

You will advise on trades, create discretionary mandates, monitor risk and fees, and ensure accurate documentation while leveraging JPMorgan’s proprietary systems and tools.

Qualifications

• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 90 days of start date
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• One plus years of industry related experience
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC or ability to learn proprietary software

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades, advising the client on trade execution, placing trades and updating accounts
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts
• Monitor risk metrics and workload with Team Leader and Client Advisors
• Monitor Client Advisor loadings with Team Leader
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing
• Manage Alternatives documents, including submission and corrections with clients
