Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a Vice President Recruiter in Private Banking in the Los Angeles area to lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with senior clients and hiring managers to build a robust talent pipeline. You will qualify requisitions, provide strategic talent acquisition solutions, and manage expectations throughout the process.

The role requires 6+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to source and pipeline top talent across channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in recruitment, in-house or agency.
• Experience sourcing and pipelining talent.
• Strong client management and relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients.
• Ability to manage expectations and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Qualify requisitions, ensure descriptions align with global guidance.
• Lead intake calls with hiring managers and guide processes.
• Map talent and manage candidate pools.
• Source and pipeline candidates across channels.
• Screen, interview and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.
• Provide timely candidate communication throughout the process.
• Influence decision making and manage expectations.
• Conduct pre-offer calls and support offer negotiations.
• Coordinate with HR and compensation for offer approvals.
• Present recruiting activity to senior client groups and manage escalations.
