Job summary

First Colony Mortgage seeks a Vice President of Pricing and Secondary Operations to own the intersection of pricing strategy and execution across the product and pricing engine, lock desk, and all processes that touch a price.

You will lead governance, data integrity, and timing of disclosures, partnering with Technology, Compliance, and Operations to ensure accuracy, margin integrity, and speed to market in both retail and wholesale channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 8+ years in mortgage secondary marketing, pricing, or capital markets operations.
• 3+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing engine configuration, governance, and roadmap across retail/wholesale.
• Lead the price engine administration team with standards for build quality and change control.
• Oversee pricing rules, margins, adjustments, and release testing to ensure accuracy.
