Our client, a Georgia-based construction company, seeks a VP of Pre-Construction to own the entire pre-construction function and build scalable systems. You will manage pricing, bid strategy and risk, while guiding a team of estimators and partnering with operations to win work.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in construction, with leadership of an estimating/pre-construction team.
• Experience in pricing strategy, bid qualification and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to standardize processes and mentor staff.

• Oversee pre-construction: estimating, budgeting, scheduling and bid strategy.
• Lead a team of estimators from senior to junior levels.
• Review large bids, GMPs and cost models for correctness.
• Develop pricing strategy and go/no-go decisions on pursuits.
• Partner with operations and leadership for smooth handoffs.
