Job summary

Vertical Earth, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Civil Site Construction to provide executive leadership for civil site development operations focused on Georgia and the southeastern United States.

The role drives safe, profitable, high-quality project delivery from preconstruction through closeout and collaborates with the Civil General Superintendent and field leadership to align people, equipment, schedules, budgets, and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple civil/site projects with regional exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of civil site construction operations, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Lead civil project managers, estimators, and other leaders with cross-functional collaboration.
• Set forecasts and budgets for the division and establish performance standards.
• Balance backlog, staffing, equipment, and subcontractor capacity to ensure safe execution.
• Conduct regular project reviews and site visits to verify production and client satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to resolve issues and advance growth.
