Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in public relations, social media, content marketing, or corporate communications.
• Experience in agency leadership managing multiple client accounts is essential.

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for Flint's PR, social media, and content strategy capabilities.
• Lead integrated communications strategies that support client goals, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Advise clients on brand positioning, reputation management, and complex business challenges.
• Drive business growth by expanding client relationships and contributing to pitches and new business development.
• Oversee content strategy, media relations, and editorial direction including thought leadership material.
• Mentor and develop PR, social media, and content professionals; manage team resources and budgets.
