Flint Group is seeking a Senior Strategist for our PR + Social Team in Fargo/Duluth/Kansas City. You will shape integrated strategies that grow awareness, strengthen reputations, engage audiences, and drive results.

You’ll lead PR and social strategy, mentor teammates, advise clients, and build strong journalist and influencer relationships. You’ll craft multi-platform narratives and measure success with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building integrated PR and social strategies.
• Ability to connect PR, social, creative, paid media, and marketing efforts.
• Experience integrating AI thoughtfully while maintaining client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated PR and social strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor Integrated Media Team members to strengthen strategic thinking.
• Advise clients with insights on social media, reputation management, and earned media.
• Design multi-platform content strategies combining PR narratives and social storytelling.
• Build relationships with journalists, creators, influencers and industry voices.
• Write and edit high-impact communications including press releases and thought leadership.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver connected, well-executed work.
• Define meaningful success metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to new business opportunities and demonstrate value of integrated capabilities.
