Job summary

SBS Comms, a dynamic communications agency with hubs across major markets, seeks a senior executive to guide strategic PR for high‑impact clients in Boston and beyond. You will architect media strategy, manage top client relationships, and drive outcomes through compelling storytelling.

Lead talent development across levels, oversee budgets and KPIs, and influence agency direction as a member of the senior management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful media results.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Brilliant writing skills.
• Experience growing account teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships.
• Manage client contracts and budgets.
• Develop goals/KPIs/ business objectives with clients.
• Provide strategic counsel on media plans/campaigns.
• Analyze PR objectives and outcomes.
• Crisis management and counsel.
• Drive media results through outreach and storytelling.
• Lead agency development initiatives and events.
• Coach and mentor agency staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Champion agency values and brand; contribute to senior management decisions.
