Investment Banking Vice President – Power & Utilities

Madison Hunt is partnered with the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure group of a full‑service investment bank as they look to add a Vice President to the team in New York. The group’s strategy is predicated on integrated coverage and execution across investment & corporate banking and key financing partners; their large balance sheet supports both buy‑side and sell‑side M&A efforts. Comprehensive subsector coverage includes regulated utilities (electric, gas, transmission, water), generation (renewables, conventional), and energy infrastructure (P3s, district energy).

Ideally looking for someone at the VP I/II level with experience executing complex M&A deals in regulated utilities and/or thermal power.
