Job summary

Pickett, an ESP company, seeks a Vice President of Program & Construction Management - Power to build a new PM/CM practice for utility clients. You will lead strategic growth, executive client engagement, and delivery excellence across complex capital programs.

The role requires industry leadership, extensive PM/CM experience, and a track record of translating opportunities into sustainable revenue growth. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years in Power/utility sector with leadership roles.
• Experience pursuing and delivering PM/CM, Design-Build, or programmatic engagements.
• Strong understanding of electric utility industry, capital programs, and delivery models.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a scalable PM/CM practice for utility clients and capital programs.
• Develop staffing, processes, and governance for delivery of PM/CM services.
• Recruit and retain senior PM/CM professionals as the portfolio grows.
• Establish standards for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as executive contact for key clients and major PM/CM engagements.
• Provide strategic oversight of client programs and delivery teams.
