Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Portfolio Leader to drive profitable growth and market optimization across the Property & Casualty portfolio. You will develop regional carrier relationship strategies and enable producers with market intelligence, access, and resources.

Responsibilities include analyzing portfolio performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and leading cross-functional initiatives with a focus on client outcomes and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and proven experience.
• Minimum of ten years of commercial insurance, brokerage, carrier management, broking, underwriting, portfolio management, or related experience.
• Experience using data and market intelligence to shape strategy, improve execution, or identify growth opportunities.
• Broad exposure to commercial P&C products, carrier capabilities, distribution channels, specialty resources, and brokerage operations.
• Prior people leadership or team development experience preferred for leadership-level assignments.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate carrier engagement and relationship strategy across regional and national priorities.
• Analyze the P&C portfolio to identify actionable opportunities and risks.
• Enable producers, account teams, and broking leaders with carrier intelligence and access to resources.
• Navigate carrier operations with escalation processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead governance, communication, and leadership across matrixed teams with integrity and accountability.
