Job summary

NFP is seeking a VP Team Leader, Commercial Risk to strategically manage a portfolio of high-value Commercial Lines Property & Casualty clients. You will mentor Account Executives and drive retention and revenue growth by strengthening relationships and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

This Northeast-focused role supports hybrid work from NYC, Long Island, or Boston offices. Remote options may be considered for experienced candidates who can travel to meetings or offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Professional designations preferred (CIC/CISR/CPCU/CRM/AAI).
• Experience with complex, high-value accounts.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic office leader to shape client strategy, growth priorities, collaboration, and service excellence.
• Lead and mentor Account Executives handling a complex, high-value book.
• Develop AEs to be proactive, growth-oriented and strategic in client relationships.
• Drive revenue growth by cross-selling and expanding client relationships.
• Lead account strategy, renewals, marketing, and complex client discussions with producers and teams.
• Serve as senior escalation point for high-risk client matters.
• Enhance client retention and expand opportunities through proactive relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to improve account workflows and client outcomes.
