Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX seeks a Vice President in Enablement Technology to run and improve the portfolio governance operating model, processes, and tooling. You will partner with senior leaders to drive disciplined execution and transparent outcomes across planning, execution, and governance.

You will manage time-sensitive deliverables, identify risks, and elevate exceptions to protect governance outcomes, translating complex portfolio information into clear narratives for leaders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in portfolio governance, operations, PM, tech mgmt, or related fields.
• Experience designing/running governance models across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven improvement of reporting, data quality, and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear action plans and governance routines.
• Strong relationship management and influencing across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end governance calendar, milestones, and refresh cadence.
• Define guiding principles with roles, responsibilities, and adherence expectations.
• Drive timely, accurate inputs and resolve exceptions to meet deadlines.
• Standardize investment taxonomy across Enablement Technology.
• Mature roll-off and resource capacity reporting with actionable views for leaders.
• Enable cost type analysis from source data and definitions.
• Deliver cross-line investment reporting and aggregated portfolio views.
• Reduce offline/ad hoc reporting with standardized products/approaches.
• Support execution reporting with drill-down in Jira where needed.
• Establish data ownership and governance for data hygiene and controls.
• Build governance communications plan and central knowledge base; host governance forums.
