Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, CS, or related field; MBA desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in product management, preferably fintech/financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web, mobile, APIs, and data analytics; design-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach product owners.
